1.Shipping Country 

Due to COVID-19, Altosy only ships to United States,Canada, The United Kingdom，Germany，Italy，Spain，Sweden，Poland, Netherlands,France.

2. Shipping Fee                                                                                          

We only offer Standard Shipping ,due to the order delays resulting from COVID-19, we are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

1) Free Standard Shipping for the United States,Canada, The United Kingdom,Germany.

2) Charge $4.5 usd/1.5 kg for Standard shipping to Italy，Spain，Sweden，Poland, Netherlands,France.

3. Delivery Time 

We will usually ship within 1-2 business days. (handing order date),Deliveries are made only Monday-Friday. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.

1) It will be 2-5days for delivering to United States,Canada, The United Kingdom,Germany.

2) It will be 2-10 days for delivering to Italy，Spain，Sweden，Poland, Netherlands,France.

4. Order Tracking Number

You tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out.

5. Delivery Problem

If your package wasn’t able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at altosy_service@hotmail.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

8.Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.

6. Tax

1) There is not tax for shipping to United States.

2) 20% tax will be charged at EU: The United Kingdom，Germany，Italy，Spain, Sweden，Poland, Netherlands, France.

3 ) Tax will be charged for shipping to Canada according to different Province.
