Refund And Refund Policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us in altosy_service@hotmail.com within 7 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a refund upon receiving the return items. This applies only to items purchased directly purchased on www.altosy.com.
Please Tell us your return reason when you apply for return.
Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 7 days of receiving.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 7 days warranty time-frame.
2. Used or misused items.
3. Lost or Stolen items.
Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes.
Refunds
1. Once your return package was received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if approval, we will refund to you soon and the refund fee will be arrived at your bank around 2-3 businss days.
2. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at altosy_service@hotmail.com.
Return Shipping Costs
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please note that we will send you UPS shipping label for return, but the shipping fees are at the customers expense .
Damaged
If you get a damaged item or missing some accessories, please contact us at altosy_service@hotmail.com, we will give you our best solution ASAP within 12hours.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. You will get full refund after the order being cancelled .
We will not accept order cancellation after shipped.
Exchange
You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched.
If you want to exchange after dispatched, the exchange shipping fee is on customer's side.
