Refund And Refund Policy

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us in info@altosy.com within 30 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the return items. This applies only to items purchased directly purchased on www.altosy.com.

Please also be noted that the return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer, if the product has not quality problems.

And please kindly be noted: 
1. Please make sure the return good under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes. 
2. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to  info@altosy.com .   

3. Please advice us the total item you would like to return.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we received and inspected your return items, we will email you to notify and refund to you in 24 hours, and the payment will arrived at your bank account in 3-7 business days. 

If we received a damaged item, and we will contact you soon. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet :

1.first check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company or your bank , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.                          3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@altosy.com.

 

Damaged

If you get a damaged item or missing some accessories, please contact us at info@altosy.com, we will give you our best solution ASAP within 12hours. 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. You will get full refund after the order being cancelled .

We will not accept order cancellation after shipped.

Exchange

You can contact us to replace the product before the package is dispatched.

If you want to exchange after dispatched,we suggest to placing a new order for the item you’d like and returning your current order for a refund.
